The aim of this project is to create a piece of software to improve and aid the Personal Supervisor Scheeme at the University Of Hull. With this project, i am to make a system that allows students to make appointments with their supervisor. Students should also be able to make comments to their supervisor, as well as a host of other capabilities.

With this project, the aim is to complete a project from start to finish, including the key stages of identifying the problems, key stakeholders etc. Designing a system as well as building and testing it.

One of the first things i looked at when starting this piece of coursework was the key stakeholders within my proposed system. From internal stakeholders such as the student, personal supervisor and senior tutor, as well as external stakeholders such as the students funder, future employers.

With this graph the arrows witnin show the diffrent links that each stakeholders can have.

Within my system there are 4 key users these being the student, personal supervisor, senior tutor as well as the IT department.

With this for each of these people i created a persona, this including key infomation about how they would use the system. As well as key considerations.
